I completed my Osteopathic training at Southern Cross University graduating with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine.
I fell in love with osteopathy after experiencing the effects as a teenager with various dancing injuries. Seeing first hand how osteopathy can help people understand their bodies and how empowering it can be to take control of one’s own health, got me hooked!
During a consultation with me, you can expect a little bit of conversation. I believe every person is uniquely different and every aspect of their life can play a big role in how their body feels and functions.
I am passionate about meeting you where you are at and forming goals together to get you to where you want to be along your health and wellbeing path.
My passion and interests lie in pelvic health and pregnancy related pain, however I enjoy seeing all patients. I use a wide range of hands-on techniques and exercise prescription to suit every individual and what their body needs.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me outside! At the beach, hiking, bird watching and hanging with the people I love! Murwillumbah Osteopath
