I completed my Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in 2020 and Master of Osteopathy in 2021, both at Lismore's SCU campus.
I was introduced to Osteopathy during my time studying Naturopathic Medicine and it was not long after that I swapped my studies over to pursue my newfound interest. I love the hands-on approach to healing and learning new techniques to accommodate for all different issues.
I like to tailor each treatment to the individual's specific needs, and use a range of different treatment modalities including soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping, dry needling and cranial techniques. I enjoy treating all musculoskeletal issues including back,neck and pelvic pain, as well as headaches.
When I’m not in the clinic I like to play music and spend time in sunshine and nature.
