Jamaya completed her Remedial Massage studies on the South Coast of NSW in 2017, before moving north to begin undertaking an Osteopathy degree, deepening her understanding of the body.
Jamayas approach is calm, considered and attuned. Her treatments draw on a broad range of techniques on top of massage, including myofascial release, cupping, gua-sha, Muscle Energy Technique, Trigger point release, abdominal massage, and stretching as well as gentle release techniques that help balance the nervous system.
A session with Jamaya typically involves a little bit of conversation to map your history and concerns, and a short physical assesment and a tailored treatment to focus on both relief and long-term change.
Outside the clinic Jamaya loves spending time at the beach, immersing herself in the art and music scene and enjoys sewing, knitting and cooking
