Originally from the South Coast, Jamaya completed her Remedial Massage education in 2017.
Her dedication to understanding the human body, and expanding her skillset in treatment saw her move up to the Northern rivers to complete her studies in Osteopathy, which she is currently in her 3rd year.
Jamaya uses a broad range of techniques to help assist in aches and pain, muscular restriction, headaches, stress reduction and stress related tension, working with the soft tissues of the body and the lymphatic system. Jamaya tailors individual treatments using massage, stretching, muscular release techniques, cupping, and prescribed exercises to get you back to feeling your best self.
She is passionate about natural holistic medicines, sewing, gardening and horses.
